More about me…

“Lauren is an incredibly playful and knowledgable movement instructor. She creates a wonderful container for exploration, exertion, and play by offering accessible options while gently encouraging working at your edge. Lauren would be a great teacher for both beginner and advanced movers alike, with a little something for everyone!”
